Lose lbs with the LBS Challenge
Lighter, Brighter Summer Challenge
The LBS Challenge kicks off on the 2nd August and will give you 6 weeks to make the most of being active and enjoying some summer fun.
The Challenge is to burn additional calories through exercise and activity and watch those lbs fall away. This Challenge will drive home the importance of exercise, not only to your weight loss goals but also to your health. Regular moderate exercise substantially reduces the risk of major diseases and it boosts your mood and self-esteem.
Members can post news of their progress and inspire others with news of activities undertaken and calories burnt.
Get out and about… the world is your oyster.. And remember all exercise gives you extra calories to enjoy food treats!
