From Pickett's Lock in north London, the ride winds through beautiful countryside to the finish at Midsummer Common in the heart of Cambridge, where you'll be met with music, refreshments and massage. Help raise vital funds for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

From Manchester United Football Ground at Old Trafford, this ride will take you down country lanes to the finish on the South Promenade at Blackpool, where there's a barbecue, live music and the chance of a massage, beer tent as well. Raise funds for The Christie charity.

The Arch to Arc bike ride takes in almost 400 kilometres over three days of cycling, so requires a great deal of stamina. All your hard work will be worth it though as you take in the sights and sounds of leafy rural England and sunny northern France.
